Refund policy

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback for products purchased will result in potential legal action and penalties. Refunds will only be granted if the hair product remains in its original packaging with tags still attached. If incorrect items are sent, refunds are permitted. However, refunds will not be processed unless the hair product is returned. Thank you for your understanding.
